Notes on International Orders

• The person getting the package is responsible for paying any customs, VAT, GST, PST, or other fees on receipt of the package. 
• We can not mark packages as a Gift. If you want to send a gift to someone outside the US, then you should have the package delivered to you so you can mail it.

Sales Tax Collected for Washington State Only

• We package your order typically in a day (up to 24 hours). So it should ship the next business day after we receive a paid order if paid by 1 PM Pacific Time.
• Shipping times are the time that the Post Office or UPS need to get it to you.
• Typical delivery times are 2 to 3 days after we ship by Priority Mail through the US Postal Service and 3 - 7 days by UPS Ground. First Class mail packages are cheaper but take from 3 to 6 days depending on your location. Times are less the closer you are to Seattle Washington. All times are business days after we ship.
• Please let us know in your order if you are in a hurry to see if we can ship sooner.
• Orders Outside the US are all sent by US Postal Service.  We do not ship UPS out of the country.
• We will notify you when the order has shipped. If sent by UPS ground or US Postal Service Express mail, you will get a tracking number. Delivery confirmation by the US Postal Service (Post Office) does not provide any tracking.

Shipping Costs

Our shopping cart will calculate shipping costs for your order based on the weight, one or more methods for shipment (UPS ground or US Postal Service), and where it is being shipped. Costs in the Continental US are lowest for small orders shipped by USPS first class mail that takes 3 to 5 days to arrive after we ship.  UPS grounds typically arrives in 2 to 5 business days and is used for larger orders or smaller orders if you choose to do that.  We offer free shipping on orders over $95 if shipped by UPS ground in the continental US.
